QPR Training (Question, Persuade, Refer) helps assist in identifying someone experiencing a mental health or substance use related crisis. 

Did you know… The rate of suicide in the construction industry is 4X higher than the national average?
In the QPR Training Course, you will learn the risk factors and warning signs for mental health concerns and early signs of suicide. You will develop strategies to assist someone in crisis and non-crisis situations.

The JATC will be offering this course Monday, September 30th, 2024 from 4:30pm to 7pm and the Total course cost is $6.68 including tax for members and guests of members. If you are a member and wanting to bring a guest, please contact the JATC Office for instructions on how to get them signed up! To sign up, click on "QPR Training" in the top menu. You will need to sign in to your account and click "Class schedule" and scroll down to find the class.
